After the trial period is over, your 21-day test drive will convert into a regular monthly membership. The membership investment is $47 per month, but you can cancel at anytime, without penalty.

As there are now hundreds of items on this site, and soon there will be thousands, naturally we need to be protective to ensure members use the site with integrity and do not put excess strain on our servers.

With this in mind, we have created a Fair Use Policy, which states that: A member may view or download to their computer thirty (30) separate items in any given calendar monthly. This amount is deemed as the volume of content that a member can reasonably consume within this specified period of time.

If you unwittingly exceed this amount, your account will be suspending until the date of your next billing period and then it will automatically re-activate.

Search & Download

As you will see, at the top of the right-hand-side panel, there is a fast and convenient method to search for any item available on this site. It uses a drop-down menu, so all you need to do is select what you are looking for, then click the “Search” button. From there, all matching items will appear with a 75 words description and a further line to fine out more.

Alternatively, in the header of the Beyond Business Success you will find a horizontal navigation bar. One of the items is named “Search”, and once you put your curser over this word, sub-navigation will appear giving you other options and ways to search for content on this site.

Once you have landed on the page of a particular item, you will see a description of exactly what the item is about and you able to read a list of bullet points that outline what you will learn by absorbing that particular item. Underneath these bullets, you may find that other members have written a review or have made comments. We suggest that you read this text first before downloading an item to ensure that you don’t unnecessarily exceed your monthly download limit.

Yes, there are three different types of items on this site; Print, Audio and Video.

When it comes to print or text-based documents, if you would like to view or start reading a particular item, you need to click on the “Download” button. Please note: items above 1MB may take up to 1 minute to download (depending on the speed of your internet connection). Alternatively, you may wish to not only download an item to view, but you may instead wish to save the item to your personal computer for future reference.

If you are a PC user, you will need to right-click the download button, and then select the “Save Target As” option. A screen will then pop up asking you where on your computer do you want to save the document.

For Mac users, you can either open the document and then go to File and then Save As, or you can right-click the download button and select “Download Linked File” which will save the item on your desktop and then it can be moved to your desired location.
[/spoiler] [spoiler style=”2″ title=”If I have downloaded a text-based document, am I able to print it?”]

Yes you definitely can. As most of the text-based items are more than 20 pages, we suggest printing via a laser printer, which will be much faster and more cost effective. Of course, if you prefer to read them on your screen, please do so.
[/spoiler] [spoiler style=”2″ title=”What are my options when it comes to downloading an Audio file?”]

When it comes to Audio, you have two options. The first option is to click the “Play” button and the sound will automatically stream from the web. Please note: depending on the speed of your Internet connection, you may need to allow up to 10 seconds for buffering.

The second option you have is to download the entire Audio file to your computer so you can listen to it through a program such as iTunes or Windows Media Player. Once on your computer, you can then transfer the MP3 file to your iPod or preferred MP3 player. Specific steps on how to download an Audio (MP3) file are as follows:

For Mac users, right-click the download button and select “Download Linked File” which will save the item on your desktop and then you can move it to your desired location from there.

Please note: most of the audio files on this site are between 20 and 60 MB in size. This means, depending on the speed of your Internet connection, they may take up to 30 minutes to download. Of course if you use a broadband or ADSL connection, you can expect it to take anywhere between 1 and 5 minutes.

When someone clicks on your link, a tag will be put onto their computer and land on the promotional page of the Beyond Business Success. Then when someone becomes a member you’ll receive 25% (minus our merchant costs) of the persons $47 monthly investment for the lifetime of that membership. Product Ordering

Absolutely. Your credit card details are processed securely via 128 bit SSL encryption. We use a payment gateway called Secure Pay, which is one of the largest and most respected in Australia. For single orders, the Beyond Business Success does not store your credit card information.

Yes. As soon as your order is placed you will automatically be sent an email, which contains a receipt and confirmation of your payment. We suggest that you speak to an accountant or financial planner within your country to deem whether your purchase is tax deductible.

Physical products ordered within Australia will be sent on the next working day, so should therefore arrive within 2 to 3 working days. If your item has not arrived within 7 working days, please send us an email and we will get a status report on it for you.

Yes you absolutely can. However you will be charged slightly extra for additional postage costs and your item may take up to 2 to 3 weeks to arrive.

All prices on this site are in Australian dollars and include a 10% goods and service tax (GST). Orders shipping outside of Australia do not get charged GST, so it’s about 10% cheaper for you lucky people.

Every country is different. Some charge tax or duties for orders over a certain value. It’s totally up to you to check what happens in your country. Australians are charged a 10% goods and services tax (GST) which is inclusive in the prices you see on our website. If you are shipping your order outside of Australia, the 10% GST will be removed from your prices.

For orders of 10 or more of a particular item, we are able to offer you a volume discount. This will be on a sliding scale and the price will be based on the number of units you wish to order. If you would like to do this, please send us an email with specific details of what you require and why, and we will get back to you on the next working day.

If you have ‘digital/downloadable’ content (in the form of eBooks, Audio or Video) that falls squarely in one of the main categories on this site and you are willing to provide it to us both payment and royalty free, please send us an email. In your email, please provide as much detail as available about the content item(s) that you would like to supply and attach the item(s) if possible. If it is a large audio or video file, you can send it to us by physical mail. We will then review the item(s) and if it is suitable we will then get back to you. Please note that we will only accept items that contain 90% content and only 10% promotion/sales.

If on the other hand you have ‘physical’ product (in the form of Books, CDs or DVDs), please send us a sample for review, outlining exactly what it is about and the specific market that it targets. Again, if we believe it would be suitable, we will contact you regarding the next steps to take.

Due that the large volume of content on this site, unfortunately there may be some spelling and grammatical errors. It would be of great benefit for us if you can please send an email, letting us know the URL of the page in question and on what line the error occurs. This is will be fixed by our programmers as soon as promised.

All of the print or text-based documents that are on this site have been formatted in an Adobe Reader file (commonly know as a PDF). If you don’t have such a program installed on your computer, you will need to purchase it or download a free version of the program from: www.adobe.com

Often some people may be unaware that the sound on their computer has been set on mute or the volume is turned down to a very low level. We recommend that your first action is to check your volume settings on your computer or if you are using external speakers, ensure that they are switched on.

If these steps don’t correct the issue, you may want to try the steps below.

For Mac Users

Open “Applications” > “Utilities” > “Audio MIDI Setup”
Check the properties for “Built In Output”. Make sure it’s set to 44.1 KHz.

For PC Users

Click “Start”.
Select “Run”.
Type: sndvol32
Click “OK”.
Make sure the following are not muted and the volume is up for “Volume Control” and “Wave”.

If you’re still having trouble, check to see if your system meets these requirements for running the video player:

Macromedia Flash Player 7.0+ plug-in
Windows 2000 or higher with latest updates installed
Mac OS X 10.3 or higher
Firefox 1.1+, Internet Explorer 5.0+, or Safari 1.0+

If you have tried all of the points above, then there may be an issue on our end, such as a particular link has become detached from the download button or the file has become corrupted. With matters such as this we apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for letting us know. This way, other members won’t have the same problems with that particular link.

Updating My Details

All of your personal details are stored on our secure servers, protected by dual passwords. Your contact information can only be accessed by our senior staff. Please note: members of the Beyond Business Success will not be able to see or access any of your contact information.
