- As an executive and performance coach, Laurenne currently works with business owners and management in the areas of leadership, teamwork and systems implementation.
- Laurenne’s passion lies in promoting outstanding communication to unite management and staff in the culture and vision of their business. By concentrating on individual as well as team development, she facilitates significant growth and cohesion, with a particular focus on small and medium sized businesses.
- For the last 18 years, Laurenne has been involved in successfully running her own businesses, and has personally conquered many of the challenges faced by small businesses in today’s world.
- She has a love of learning and reads at least one business or personal development book per fortnight. Laurenne is passionate about sharing what she learns with the people she meets and is currently the Education Co-ordinator for her chapter of Business Network International.
- Laurenne is the director of Naturally First and is a Qualified Coach with Beyond Success as well as being qualified in Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy and NLP Coaching. She has worked with clients ranging from sole proprietors through to multi million dollar corporate businesses.
- Laurenne is wife to Greg, who good naturedly supports her sometimes lengthy working hours due to the high level of satisfaction and joy she gains from her work.
